In business for over 25 years, Brown Associates has provided income tax, bookkeeping and accounting services to many satisfied clients. Pat and Marge continue to update their knowledge of tax laws and look for ways to give their clients the best tax advantage and keep them updated on new laws.

Marge Proctor

Marge’s business is based out of an office in her home in Rahway. She currently provides payroll, bookkeeping and tax-related services through Quickbooks to ten small businesses. She also provides income tax preparation for approximately 140 individuals and businesses.

Pat Rears

Pat’s business is based out of an office in her home in Brant Beach. She also sees her clients in Rahway and Neshanic, NJ. Pat is open for any calls from clients and is happy to help them in any way. Pat is proficient with Quick Books, Quick Books Pro, Online “cloud” payroll services. She prepares bookkeeping, Federal and State payroll and yearly 1099, W2 forms for 125 clients.
